Story line:

"Kimi no Na wa"  Your Name . is a highly popular Japanese animated film that was released in 2016 and directed by Makoto Shinkai. The story revolves around two main characters, Mitsuha Miyamizu and Taki Tachibana, who live in different parts of Japan but discover a mysterious connection through their dreams.

Mitsuha is a high school girl residing in the rural mountain town of Itomori. Despite being the daughter of the town's mayor, she dreams of escaping the monotony and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of Tokyo. However, she is torn between her personal aspirations and the responsibility of participating in traditional Shinto rituals.
Taki, on the other hand, is a high school boy living in Tokyo. He works part-time at an Italian restaurant and has dreams of pursuing a career as an architect or artist. Interestingly, Taki finds himself regularly dreaming about being Mitsuha, waking up to discover he has inhabited her body in the mountain town.

Through their dream encounters, Mitsuha and Taki begin to switch bodies and gradually form a profound connection. They leave messages for each other to communicate and navigate their lives, experiencing the challenges and joys of living as the other person. However, their dream exchanges eventually come to an end, leaving them with an intense longing to meet face-to-face.
