In the world of entertainment, celebrities often present exaggerated versions of themselves to the public, hiding their true thoughts and struggles behind elaborate lies. Fans wholeheartedly support them, believing in these facades until something shatters the illusion. Sixteen-year-old Ai Hoshino, a rising star in the pop idol group B Komachi, has captured the world's attention. However, when she announces a hiatus due to health concerns, it raises concerns among her followers.

A gynecologist named Gorou Amemiya, who is a devoted fan of Ai, cheers her on from his countryside medical practice, hoping to meet her one day. His wish comes true when Ai unexpectedly visits his hospital—not due to sickness but because she is pregnant with twins! Although the doctor vows to safely deliver her babies, he wonders how this encounter with the idol will impact their relationship forever.
